Dalum means Dalarna in Elfdalian, and it was during an autumn hike in Älvdalen that we, the founders Daniel and Tobias, got the idea for Dalum – a Swedish-made griddle that’s light and easy to bring along for any occasion, making it simple to enjoy great food outdoors. With Dalum, we want to inspire more people to head out into nature and enjoy both the outdoors and a good meal. Food tastes best outside!
