The right Dalum griddle depends on how many people you usually cook for, what kind of meals you like to prepare, and how portable you want your setup to be. We offer three sizes:

Dalum 30 cm – ~1–2+ people
Choose Dalum 30 if you want a lightweight and ultra-portable griddle that fits easily in your backpack. It’s perfect for solo adventures or couples. You can cook burgers for 4–5 people in batches, but it's a bit too small for making stir-fry or larger dishes for a group.

Dalum 40 cm – ~3–5+ people
Lightweight and easy to carry – add a carry bag for even more convenience.
Dalum 40 is our most popular size, ideal for families or small groups.
Choose this model if you're looking for the best balance between size and portability, and often cook for 3 to 5 people.

Dalum 50 cm – ~4–6+ people
A bit larger – but still portable, especially with a Dalum carry bag.
Great for bigger gatherings or when you're cooking in larger volumes.
Choose Dalum 50 if you cook for larger groups or want extra space while cooking. With the right bag, it's still easy to take with you on outdoor trips.

Dalum griddles are compatible with most heat sources – including open fire, gas, and charcoal grills.Thanks to their efficient design, they require less heat and consume less fuel. The griddle heats up quickly so you can start cooking right away, and it cools down in just a few minutes once you're done.

We’ve developed a unique non-stick surface made entirely from carbon steel, with no harmful coatings. This makes cooking easier as food releases effortlessly, and the griddle is very easy to clean after use.

Cleaning:
The griddle is best cleaned right after cooking, while it is still warm or lukewarm.

Remove the griddle from the heat source, pour a little water on it, and wait for a minute. Then, use a spatula or some paper to clean the griddle.

It’s also a good idea to clean the legs and underside of the griddle from soot with paper to keep your storage bag or case clean.

Store the griddle in a dry place at room temperature to prevent rust. If there’s a long time until your next cooking session, you can apply a thin layer of cooking oil to protect it from rust and keep it in good condition for the next use.
