• When making a purchase on the Dalum webshop, Dalum manages: payment, delivery, returns, and complaints.
  • If you are under 18, you need parental consent to order items from us.
  • Each item is listed with a price including VAT, and the shopping cart shows the total price including VAT and shipping, except for purchases to certain countries outside of Sweden where any VAT and taxes are paid upon collection of the package.

Unclaimed Packages

  • If you fail to collect your package and it is returned to us by the pick-up point, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs involved. The fee (currently 200 SEK in Sweden, 20 EUR outside of Sweden, and up to 50 USD in the USA) covers return shipping costs, handling fees, and administrative costs.

Shipping and Delivery

  • All goods sold on Dalum's webshop belong to Dalum Sweden AB until full payment is received.
  • When shopping in our webshop, this is regulated by Swedish law, primarily the distance and home sales act.
  • We aim to deliver the item/items within 1-3 business days within Sweden, 3-5 days within Europe, and 8-10 business days to the USA.
  • During long weekends and periods of high order volume, delivery times may be extended, but we strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on holidays are normally processed the next business day. If an item is out of stock, it is indicated next to the item. All deliveries include a specification of what you have ordered.
  • If damage occurs during transport, you should report the damage directly to the transport company that delivered the item to you.

Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal means that you, as a customer, have the right to withdraw from your agreement within 14 days in accordance with the distance and home sales act. The withdrawal period starts from the day you, as a customer, receive the item.
  • If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to keep the item in the same condition as when you received it, and you must not use the item. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.
  • Note! The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards. For the purchase of second-quality products or used products, only the right of exchange applies.

Open Purchase in Dalum Webshop

  • You have a 30-day open purchase period.
  • If you want to return the item, both the product and packaging must be returned in unused condition so they can be resold. If you have handled the item and/or packaging to a greater extent than necessary to determine the characteristics and function of the item, you may be liable for compensation for the depreciation of the item or packaging.
  • Note that open purchases, exchange/return rights do not apply to gift cards.


  • When you receive an item from Dalum Sweden AB, it is recommended that you immediately check for any transport damage or other defects. If any discrepancies are discovered, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Please contact us at and describe the matter, preferably with photos, so that we can more easily assess how to proceed. Also provide the name of the purchaser and the order number.
  • As a consumer, you have the right to complain for up to three years from the date of purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from when a defect is discovered. We first try to rectify the defect on the item. If that is not possible, we will replace the item with a new product, or alternatively reimburse you for the item with money.
  • We only accept complaints for items purchased through Dalum's webshop. If the item is purchased through a retailer, the retailer should be contacted to handle the complaint.
  • Once we have received and approved the complaint, we will send a return shipping label for you to use to return the item to us.
  • Be prepared to provide relevant information for us to handle your complaint. Replacement deliveries are made completely free of charge to you. In the case of complaints, Dalum covers the shipping costs. It is therefore important that you use the shipping documents sent by us.

  • Products returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not accepted by Dalum Sweden AB.
  • Note! For Ward products, complaints due to cosmetic defects are not possible. Dalum Renskinn Ward has dense fur with thin reindeer hairs that provide good insulation. It is completely normal for reindeer skins to shed hair, therefore this does not constitute valid reasons for complaint. We recommend that you follow our care instructions for Ward reindeer skins.
