If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased from us, you can do so within 30 days from your order date. We only accept and refund products that are unused. The cost for return is 70 SEK.

Follow these steps:

1. Register your return or exchange by contacting us. We only accept products that have been registered.
2. Place the product in the same packaging it came in. If the original packaging is not available, ensure you use similar, secure packaging so the item is returned in undamaged condition.
3. Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we made an error in packing.
4. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not as cash on delivery. If you need assistance booking shipping, we can provide it for a fee of 70 SEK and email you the shipping label. You then print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at a Schenker service point.
5. For exchanges, we cover the cost of the new shipping from us to you.
