How to return your product
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product and wish to return an item you have purchased from us, you may do so within 30 days of your order date. We only accept returns and issue refunds for products that are unused, in like-new condition, and originally purchased from Dalum Sweden AB.
How to return your product:
- Place the product in its original packaging. If this is not available, ensure that you use secure packaging so the item is returned undamaged and in like-new condition.
- Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed your order incorrectly.
- Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not as cash on delivery.

- Once your return has been received by Dalum Sweden AB and the product is confirmed to be in like-new condition, a refund will normally be processed within approximately 10–15 days.
- Within Sweden, we can assist by providing a return shipping label for a fee of 79 SEK for shippings within Sweden. If you would like help with a return label, please email us at hej@dalumsweden.se, describe your case, and include your order number. We will then send you a return label to print, attach to your package, and drop off at a service point. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
- For returns from outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for arranging and booking return shipping.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for another product, we kindly ask that you return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible service and helps us maintain accurate inventory. To make a return, please follow the instructions "How to return your product".
