Griddle with Storage Bag
If you don’t plan to take the griddle on an excursion, you can choose the griddle with a storage bag. The storage bag is designed for storing the griddle, but if you want to carry the griddle on your excursion, we recommend purchasing one of our griddle kits.

Which size should I choose?
Dalum 30
Suitable for smaller groups, 1-3 people. With Dalum 30, you can easily cook hamburgers for 4-5 people if you cook in batches, but it's a bit too small for making a wok for 4-5 people. Choose Dalum 30 if you prioritize a light and extra portable griddle that can easily fit in your backpack.
Dalum 40
Dalum 40 is our best-selling griddle, ideal for medium-sized groups, 3-5 people. It’s spacious enough for families or smaller groups of friends. Choose Dalum 40 if you want a balance between size and portability, and if you often cook for a moderately sized group.
Dalum 50
Suitable for larger groups, 4-6+ people. It provides plenty of cooking space and is great for occasions where you cook in larger volumes. Choose Dalum 50 if you cook for larger groups or want more flexibility with space during cooking. With Dalum bags, Dalum 50 is still easy to take on an excursion.
Where is the manufacturing done?
Our griddles are made in Sweden from Swedish carbon steel. This allows us to reduce shipping and shorten lead times, benefiting both our customers and the environment at the same time.

Which gas burner is suitable?
Choose a portable gas burner with the largest burner diameter possible – a gas burner that works very well for Dalum griddles is the Primus Mimer stove.
Dalum griddles are lightweight, meaning less material needs to be heated, and less heat energy is required for cooking. This makes it possible to use a portable gas burner when cooking with Dalum griddles.
