Oskar Ekman is a freelance writer focusing on food and culture. He has furthered his education in food chemistry at Lund University of Technology and studied wine and beverage knowledge at Grythyttan. Oskar Ekman has written the Griddle Cookbook (which is the first cookbook) and Another Griddle Cookbook. Oskar also runs Sweden's largest Facebook group for cooking on a griddle.
