Mushroom book for food lovers is an inspiring book published by Calazo publishing company in collaboration with mushroom expert Elle Nikishkova.

The book is divided into two parts. The first part is a handy guide to the 20 best edible mushrooms that you can find in our forests.

Part two consists of 20 easy-to-cook recipes with mushrooms as the main ingredient.
Some of the recipes in the book:

- Fried black rice with cauliflower mushrooms
- Schnitzel on proud mountain skiing
- Waffle with mushrooms
- Vegetarian egg and bacon

• We send your goods to your nearest Service point or to your door. Shipping cost SEK 150.

Norway

• We send your goods to your nearest Service point or to your door. Shipping cost SEK 250.
• Delivery time normally 2-10 working days
• We are VAT registered (VOEC) and you pay VAT at the checkout. Local taxes and other charges such as customs duties may apply. You as a customer are responsible for keeping yourself informed about and paying these fees

Within the EU (except Sweden, Finland, Denmark)

• We send your goods to a Service point near you or to your door. Shipping cost SEK 300.
• Delivery time normally 2-5 working days

Outside the EU (except Norway and Great Britain)

• We will ship your items to a Service point or to your door. 
• Delivery time 5-10 weekdays
• The shipping fee is SEK 900 (approx. USD 90) on orders under SEK 5,000 (approx. USD 500). For orders over SEK 5,000, we offer shipping
