1. General Safety Information
- Read all instructions carefully before use.
- Use the griddle only for outdoor cooking as instructed.
- Always place the griddle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Keep out of reach of children unless supervised by an adult.
- Always use handles and/or heat-resistant gloves when handling the griddle.
2. First Use – Seasoning the Griddle
To ensure the best cooking experience and maintain non-stick properties, the griddle should be seasoned before first use:
- Wash the griddle with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry immediately.
- Apply a thin layer of cooking oil over the entire surface.
- Heat the griddle until the oil darkens and absorbs into the surface.
- Repeat steps 2–3 two or three times for the best results.
3. Cooking
- Securely place the griddle over an open flame or another suitable heat source.
- Apply a thin layer of oil before cooking to prevent food from sticking.
- Do not overheat – excessive heat can damage the seasoning.
- Use wooden or metal utensils, but avoid scratching the surface.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance
After use:
- Let the griddle cool for a few minutes before cleaning.
- Pour some water onto the warm or lukewarm griddle and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Scrape off food residues with a spatula or brush.
- Rinse with warm water.
- Dry immediately and apply a thin layer of oil to prevent rust.
- Store in a dry place, preferably at room temperature, when not in use.
5. Warnings
⚠️ Fire Hazard: Never leave the griddle unattended during use. Always follow local regulations regarding open flames and heat sources.
⚠️ Burn Risk: The surface gets extremely hot – always use protective gloves and/or handles.
⚠️ Outdoor Use: The griddle is designed for outdoor use but can be used indoors, for example, on a gas stove or in an oven.
⚠️ Sharp Edges: The griddle has smooth, ground edges, but handle it with care to avoid injury.
6. Disposal & Environmental Responsibility
- The griddle is made of recyclable Swedish carbon steel.
- Dispose of packaging materials according to local regulations.
- If disposing of the griddle and legs, recycle them as scrap metal.

- Keep out of reach of children if the bag contains heavy or sharp objects.
- Avoid overloading the bag.
2. Usage
- Place the griddle and any accessories inside the bag according to the product design.
- Ensure the bag’s zipper or closure is properly sealed before transport.
- For long-term storage, make sure the bag is dry and free from dirt or food residues. Store in a dry place at room temperature for optimal durability.
