During an adventure in Älvdalen, Dalarna, the idea for Dalum was born—a company specializing in guided culinary experiences. To honor its roots in Älvdalen and Dalarna, the company was named Dalum, which means Dalarna in the Älvdalska dialect.

What makes Dalum’s experiences unique is our own production of griddles, inspired by Dalarna and traditional cooking methods. Our tours deliver not only culinary delights but also new skills and knowledge. How do you build the perfect fire for outdoor cooking? What different cooking methods can you use? And last but not least—you’ll have the time and space to relax, enjoy nature, connect with others, and savor delicious meals.
