Fire Ramen
Fire ramen with sriracha mayo & roasted onions, the best outside noodles!
2 servings
You need:
About 170 g noodles
4 tbsp sesame oil
4 tablespoons tamari soy or other Japanese soy
1 teaspoon chili flakes
4 tbsp brown sugar
Toppings:
Srirachamayo
Roasted onions
Sesame seeds
Green onions
Do this:
Cook noodles (Tip! prepare at home or boil first in water on the stovetop or in a saucepan)
put aside
Add sesame oil, tamari soy, chili flakes and brown sugar to the frying pan.
Fry until bubbling.
Add noodles.
Serve with roasted onions, chopped green onions, sesame seeds and sriracha mayo
