Toast Egg in a hole

This is a fun dish to cook together and is suitable both as a hearty breakfast sandwich or, why not, as lunch.

Do this:
Put two slices of bread together and make a hole in the middle, big enough to hold a cracked egg. Fry the bread separately in a little butter.
Put some cheese on one slice of bread and place the second slice on the other.
Crack an egg into the hole and heat on medium heat. When the egg has coagulated on the side facing the griddle, flip the toast a little quickly and let the egg cook to the desired result.

Enjoy the toast over a cup of coffee in the company of a good friend.
