Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Payment responsibility and age limit

Placing an order via the Dalumsweden webshop entails a payment obligation. You, as a customer, accept this payment responsibility by accepting our terms of purchase in the checkout step and when completing the purchase.

Dalum does not process orders for people under 18 without the approval of a guardian. By agreeing to these terms of purchase, you certify that you meet the age requirements. If you are outside Sweden, you also certify that you are of legal age and have the legal right to place orders in the country or region where you are located.

Deliveries and Shipping costs

Delivery time
The delivery time is normally between 2-5 working days from placing the order (within Sweden).
For the "Pick up in store" delivery method, you can usually pick up the same day or next business day. Always contact us before collection to ensure we are on site.

Unless otherwise stated, we offer the following delivery methods and shipping costs:

  • Delivery to agent - SEK 70 / EUR 7 Free shipping on purchases over SEK 495.
  • Home delivery within Sweden - 120 SEK / 12 EUR
  • Nordic EU countries - SEK 150 / EUR 15
  • Norway 250 SEK / 25 EUR
  • Europe within the EU - SEK 300 / EUR 30
  • Europe outside the EU - SEK 400 / EUR 40
  • The rest of the world - SEK 900 / EUR 90

Returns

Email kundorder@dalumsweden.se with the order number and which/which goods are to be returned on the order.
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. If you want help with booking shipping, we can take it out and email you a shipping note for a cost of SEK 69. You then print out the delivery note and attach it to the package and hand it in to a DHL Service point.
In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

30 days open purchase

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the article being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the article from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.

When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the GDPR, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. Complaints

When you receive an item from Dalum Sweden AB, it is recommended that you immediately check whether there are any damages from the transport or whether there are other defects. If something unusual is discovered, we would like you to contact us as soon as possible. Then contact us at kundorder@dalumsweden.se and describe the case and please attach photos so that we can more easily make an assessment of how to take it further. Also enter the name of the customer and the order number.

As a consumer, you are legally entitled to complain for up to three years from the purchase, however within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of a fault. We first of all try to correct the error on the item. If this is not possible, we will replace the product with a new product, or alternatively replace the product with money.


We only accept complaints about goods that have been purchased via Dalum's webshop. If the item is purchased via a retailer, the retailer must be contacted to handle the complaint case.

When we have received the complaint case and approved the complaint, we will send you a return shipping slip that you can use to send the item back to us.

Be prepared to provide relevant information so that we can handle your complaint. The replacement delivery is completely free of charge for you. In the event of a complaint, Dalum is responsible for the shipping costs. It is therefore important that you use the shipping documents sent from us. If you choose to pay for the shipping yourself and how the item is sent back, you yourself are responsible for the item until it reaches us, i.e. also during transport.

The product/s that were returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not triggered by Dalum Sweden AB.

NOTE! For Ward products, complaints due to cosmetic defects are not possible. Dalum Reindeer Ward has a dense fur with thin reindeer hairs that provide good insulation. The reindeer skin sheds hair naturally and is completely normal, therefore it does not constitute an approved reason for complaint. We recommend that you follow our care advice.

Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond Dalum Sweden AB's control, for example through changes in legislation, government decisions, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, floods, natural disasters, pandemics or similar events, Dalum Sweden AB's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement terminates. as long as the circumstances continue to apply.

Product information and images of goods

Dalum Sweden AB disclaims any typos and text errors in the product information. Likewise, there may be some difference between the imaged item on the website and the actual item. It can be color shades, minor product changes and size reproduction.
