Campfire baked Feta pasta

Campfire baked feta pasta

2 servings
Spaghetti for two
250 g cherry tomatoes
½ fresh chili
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oil
100g feta cheese
Salt & black pepper
Fresh basil

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the chilli and cloves of garlic. Pour 400-500ml of water on the grill. Add spaghetti, tomatoes, chilli and garlic. Cook on low heat until the spaghetti is al dente and the water has been absorbed. Crumble feta cheese, season with salt & black pepper and fresh basil.
