Lemon pasta with asparagus & parmesan

2 servings

250 g fresh pasta of your choice (I used spinach-filled)
200 g of asparagus
1 yellow onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 dl parmesan
1 tablespoon lemon zest
About 3 dl oat cream
Salt & pepper
Butter / oil for frying (I fried in butter but think it will be better to fry in oil 💚)

Do this:

Fry asparagus in butter / oil.
Season with salt.
Put aside.

Finely chop onion and fry in butter.

Add the cream and fresh pasta.
Season with salt and black pepper, grate in garlic and lemon zest.
Let simmer and stir in Parmesan.

Serve with asparagus, top with dill and extra parmesan 💚
