Nasi goreng on a griddle

2 servings

200 g smoked tofu
500 g Chinese mix (rice mix with peas & corn)
1 chili
1 yellow onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp Kecap manis (sweet soy)
Oil for frying


Green onions
Lime zest
Roasted onions

Do this:

Fry the tofu in oil and season with salt.

Add chopped onion.
Fry until the onion turns golden.
Add chopped chilli and then the china mix.
Season with kecap manis.
Season with salt and grate over the garlic and fry for another minute.

Top with lime zest, green onions & roasted onions before serving.
