Pan steak with fried potatoes
It could hardly be more Swedish. Simple and super tasty at the same time!
Prescription
4 people
Pan Steak:
About 500 g minced meat
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Ev. chopped parsley
Feel free to prepare the steaks at home. Mix minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Shape the mince into patties. Place the steaks in a tin with sandwich paper in between.
Pressed cucumber:
1 cucumber
3 krm salt
Slice the cucumber thinly, put it in a wide bowl and season with salt. Place on a plate or weight and let stand for about 30 minutes. Pour off the shovel and put in a jar.
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 dl water
2 tablespoons of sugar
0.5 krm white pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Make a layer of the ingredients and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture over the cucumber and leave for an hour or so before serving. Make it at home before you go out and the pickle will be perfect until the food is cooked!

1 onion
Ev. cabbage
Lingonberry jam
Pressed cucumber
When you get out and have started the fire, slice the potatoes and fry them soft in butter on the frying pan, salt. While the potatoes are softening, fry a sliced onion. Roasted cabbage is also good!
When the potatoes start to get ready, fry the pan steaks.
Serve the pan steaks with potatoes, onions, pickles and lingonberry jam. Tasty outdoor meal!
