Dalum’s Swedish-made burger press is crafted from a single piece of steel and designed to fit comfortably in the hand. The grill press works equally well as a smash burger press for creating perfect smash burgers, or as a weight for achieving an optimal sear on steaks, sandwiches, toast, and a variety of other foods.

During an outdoor adventure to Älvdalen, the idea was born – a simple and portable griddle that can go anywhere. At Dalum, we have always loved outdoor life and cooking outside, but we were missing a griddle that could easily be taken along on trips and even longer adventures. We, the founders Tobias and Daniel, hope to inspire you to spend more time in nature and around the fire.
